Ragdale Residency 2012

I am thrilled to announce that I have been accepted into the Ragdale residency program for Nov. 2012.  This will give me a block of time to work on new work as well as sharing conversations at dinners with other residents including writers, composers, and others artists.

At Ragdale, visual artists, writers, composers, and interdisciplinary artists find what they need to create important new work: time and space.

Throughout the year, Ragdale offers readings, artist lectures, workshops, and special events designed to connect artists and the community of Lake Forest, Chicago, as well as nationally and  internationally.

Designed as the summer home of Arts and Crafts architect Howard Van Doren Shaw, Ragdale is one of the most complete examples of a turn-of-the-century retreat. The Ragdale House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
